New architecture of world currency system: discussion proceeds

Abstract
In article the author states the point of view on questions which rose during discussion after crisis 1997-1998, and discussions on problems of modern global crisis: similar lines and differences are marked. The special attention is given to two interconnected problems: a global regulator of world currency relations and quality of reserve currency.
